The Huron Boys' Water Polo team have punched their ticket to States, with a #3 seed coming out of Regionals and two great victories vs. Walled Lake and Saline. They head to Hudsonville on Friday, November 15th at 2:45pm for their first game vs. Rockford. We wish them the best of luck!! GO RATS!!!
Yard Signs (NEW - 11/19/24) - Winter yard signs are now available for purchase. Parents, show your support and RiverRat Pride for your favorite athlete. Winter yards can be purchased online here. The link has been extended and will be open until December 20th. Expect a two week turn around time. Signs will be delivered outside the Athletic Director's Office for pickup.
Congratulations Scholar Athletes!!
On May21st, Booster Club recognized 511 scholar athletes at the recognition ceremony. Thank you to our keynote speaker Waleed Samaha. Mr. Samaha delivered a message pertinent to parents, coaches and our scholars. Athletes, if you missed the event, we have posted the slide show and program on the Scholar Athlete Page. Thank you planning committee for all of your handwork. 2nd Annual Huron Rat Race - May 19th Thank you to the 91 runners/walkers that supported the Rat Race on May 19th. The weather was great. Amazing job by the planning committee and all the volunteers. Special shout out to Mark Scoles (River Rat English Teacher and Coach) who filled in as race timer and helped make check-in easy. See you next year!!! Spring Boost - May 1st Thank you again River Rat community for helping to make the 1st Annual Spring Boost a success. We were able to raise $13,200 for Huron Sports. Amazing job to our keynote speaker, River Rat Alum and Coach John U Bacon. A special thank you to all of our student and parent volunteers, students Anna Wyman and Lamar Ashford for being the MC's for the evening. Thank you coaches for your support and putting together amazing baskets for auction. We can't wait to see what next year will bring. GO RATS!! |
